About Robert Kaplan

Robert "Bob" Kaplan has been working in the construction industry for more than 30 years.  A graduate of California State University Long Beach, Kaplan studied Construction Management, completing his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1986.  Since founding the company in 1991, Kaplan and his team have restored hundreds of residential and commercial buildings. While Kaplan's expertise lies in historical restorations in the Long Beach, California area (he was recognized by the Long Beach Heritage Society for his excellent work restoring the F&M Bank building on Pine Street to its original 1900's splendor), he also has vast experience in a host of renovation and remodel styles ranging from traditional to modern in the Long Beach, Seal Beach, Carson, Palos Verdes, Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, Aliso Viejo and Hollywood areas.

During the past 24 years, Kaplan has built a strong and reliable network of architects and sub-contractors who share his vision and commitment to excellence.
